The Class Work Project is a workers’ co-operative developing theory, analysis, and practice around issues relating to class identity, oppression, and stigma in Britain and beyond. We seek to center the knowledge and experiences of poor and working-class people through publishing, writing, research, education and training. Our aims: Study how class affects our lives. Create spaces for poor and working-class people to share their experiences and knowledge. Encourage well-resourced and middle-class people to recognise the privileges their class and access to capital gives them. Help people from different class backgrounds support each other and work together. Support movements and organisations working on social, economic and knowledge-based injustice. Build a clearer, more inclusive understanding of class that is fit for the 21st century.
